This has happened several times now, I order a video or Season of Videos from my Amazon prime account at the price listed which in this case is $14.99 for a season and when I get the charge in my Bank account it has been changed to $19.99 and when i contact them they act like I’m making it up or they use the excuse, that its the HD price not the SD price. In this case as well as the other 3 seasons I have purchased recently there is no SD or HD option and only one price listed. I have contacted them about this repeatedly and its always the same set of excuses or they research it and find out what I am telling them is true and offer to refund me but it just happens again and again.
