I, Sandeep, ordered on 19.07.2023, boAt Rockerz 255 Pro+ Bluetooth in Ear Earphones with Upto 60 Hours Playback, ASAP Charge, IPX7, Dual Pairing and Bluetooth v5.0(Active Black). On 21.07.2023 my order was OUT FOR DELIVERY (Tracking ID: 326243639723) and after some time Amazon Delivery Boy called me for receiving my order but Amazon’s delivery boy without wait for less than 5 minutes was going somewhere else without delivering my order and when I called him several times, he continuously disconnects my call. This is very rude and unexpected behavior from Amazon. From 21.07.2023 to 27.07.2023 I was continuously follow up with the Amazon Service Centre and everytime they assured me that your order was deliver to you within one or two days. After 10 days, I again called Amazon Service Centre and today they informed me that your product was lost and will not deliver. This is a very bad service which I enjoyed from Amazon. There is no outcome/result come after 10 days of follow-up. Now, finally Amazon Service Centre was canceled my order from thereon side, and now the status shows as “We will issue your refund within 2-3 business days after we receive the package”. I was very disappointed with that type of service from the end of such a reputed platform AMAZON.
