Amazon – Late and short delivery, and refuse to resolve issue

Text of Complaint by Amit:

On 9 may 22, i placed Order# 407-2468526-6197115 for UNIVED gels. I had to use these 14 May 22 for an event. Delivery of gels was promised on 12 May 22 so i placed the order. Delivery of bars was promised on 16 May 22 and i placed order.

Delivery was not made in time and all orders were clubbed and delivered on 16 May 22. My purpose was not served as delivery was delayed. I had to leave for religious trip on 16 May 22 morning and return on 29 May 22. I got parcel on 30 May 22 and as i opened the green gel packet had two gels short (only 4 delivered instead of 6).

when i call their customer care, i am told that since minimum time got over, this cannot be resolved. When amazon failed to deliver their products in time and i got them after two weeks, how can they close the window.

thus two issues – delay in delivery and delivery short, and refusal to solve issues. plus wasting so much customer time in following up.
