I have ordered 9products from the amazon. Without even trying to deliver it, they mark as unsuccessful delivery attempt, for few items they marked as delivered.
Almost from last 6days daily I have contacted customer service for help and they would say by EOD you will get order and that never happened.
Tried calling the delivery person multiple times, though they won’t answer it. Even the delivery head, he promised to deliver n that didn’t work.
If they can’t deliver to the address y do they show as deliverable. Also if they can’t deliver, when I reached out to customer service they would atleast be genuine that u won’t get order.
I have almost waited and wasted 6days thinking that I would get things. And now it takes for me other couple of days to get the products from other vendor. I need justice for wasting my time
