received an unboxed Sansung Galaxy M31s from Amazon online shopping. Seal was broken. It was sealed by ordinary red colour tape. Accessories were missing. I returned the product via India post . Product was delivered to amazon on 30 September . But due to some technical problems India post can’t upload delivery tracking details. After contacting India Post they provided me the details of delivery.
I shared same with Amazon. But they are refusing to refund my amount.

Why amazon is selling used phones to customers. Are they cheating customers.
And if there will be delay of about 15 days in India Post to update delivery reports. Can’t they refund my amount . When they received my return there is a proper procedure to scan the product before recieving returned product in warehouse.
But still they say amazon will refund amount only when India post shows product delivered.
