Amazon is not unholding my amazon pay account on multiple attempts!!

Text of Complaint by Ved Parkash Sahu:

  1. I am having a amazon amazon account on its app and due to a problem or issue i contacted amazon amazon customer support and ask them to put my account on hold.
  2. After that they replied we will unhold your account for continuation of your activities whenever you ask and we said okay no issues put it on hold just right now
  3. But when we wanna unhold that account back for our need and transactions we called customer service of Amazon several times be to very true around i iave done till date 12-13 calls in last 1-2 months to amazon for this purpose to unhold my account.
  4. They replied that okay we will do please wait 48-72 hours/or jst put my call on hold for an hour so i cut the call/ and asked to mail on email ids too of amazon mentioning to unhold my account in email we did that too on each and every email id different customer service guys gave us.
  5. New customer service guy say like u did email on last email thats of no use do do it again on email m telling you and wait for 48-72 hours u will be contacted from our side.
  6. But nothing happened even after waiting too mch and neither they contacted though m facing so mch problem due to it and for it!!
  7. Kindly help me out resolving this.
