I, Ravi Kant, had ordered a BenQ MOBIUZ EX2510 24.5 inch Full HD Gaming Monitor (price: Rs.21,990) from Amazon on 19th October 2021.

Since the Delivered product was defective I applied to return it on the same day.
Pick ups kept being scheduled and postponed continuously. As of today the latest date for pickup being shown is 15th November, which has been missed AGAIN. I’ve called on customer care and mailed several times and yet there’s no satisfactory reply from their side.
Amazon being a reputed e-commerce portal, I did not expect such kind of harassment. This has stressed me for more than a month now.
