I am Piyush from Etawah U.P
Recently i bought a new smartphone Samsung Galaxy M31 (Price 1699) from amazon.They send me a defective piece.The mobile starts to heat whenever i uses it. It overheats under normal usage like making calls , video calls , specially while i opens the camera of the phone it heats rapidly even i can’t record a video of 5 mins.in this smartphone.As per the 10 days replacement policy of amazon i tried to replace my device but they denied it to replace it and saying that this is normal. My device is heating up to 40 degree celcius and eventually shut downs but as per their policy 40 degree is normal. How can a person hold a phone while it is heating this much.If this phone blasts while usage then who will be responsible for the damage caused to me and my family.Phone heating during heavy usage can be normal but it is heating as soon as i uses it for any normal activity i can not even use facebook whtsapp for 15 min.jst because of over heating. I asked amazon to send a technician whi can check my phone and make a report so that i can replace it but they denied it and asking me to download a app called blancoo which will check my phone. I don’t trust any which have 2 star ratings on playstore also how i will show the app that it is heating while i am using camera. Also their app is designed as per way that it shows 40 degree celcius normal . I mean is this a joke. Under normal use how 40 degree can be normal
Also on product description page they showed that it has 64 MP Quad camera setup (Rear) but in reality it is only 16 MP quad camera setup.This 16 Mp camera works as 64Mp camera under a specific mode in which i can not use other functions of camera like Flashlight.Also they claimed that it has 32Mp selfie camera but in reality it is only 21Mp. I feel cheated by Amazon and Samsung.
Kindly Help me Please 1699 Rs. Is very much for me and my family.
