Amazon is not refunding money for damaged product

Text of Complaint by Raghav Garg:

I have bought a HP monitor costing Rs ~18K and it came as defective. within 2hrs of the receive, I have informed Amazon of it. they made a pickup and but it did not get returned because the vendor has some verification issues. ITs been 3 weeks now and around 9-10 pickups have been made but no one is coming to pickup the product. Even if someone comes by chance, they will give 100 excuses but will not take the defective item with them. Customer care is also not of any help as always they create a new pickup and nothing more. they are not ready to give advanced refund also .. Need some help to get my money refunded
