I order a sound bar worth rs 30000 , bt the quality is not up to the mark and the product comes with heating issue as per the Amazon policy they will provide the replacement so I agreed for replacement now the replacement product comes with the same issue and I initiated a return of the product . Initially I applied for return on 25th june first date given was 27 of June ..it got cancelled …then 1st of July again it got cancelled then 4th of July again it got cancelled I tried calling to azon customer care team they are pathetic ..nikhil ..sudhir …divya ..sushmita sul the agents are lied to me ..fake promises were made now the condition is I am getting charged for the 1st emi of the product and they are not able to resolve this ..I don’t expect such a pathetic services ce from amazon
