Dear Amazon Escalation Team,
I am a customer of your esteemed services since 2014. I am a Prime user of Amazon.
Please refer Order ID: 404-4778460-8379547, I received a defective item so I issues a re turn request on Thursday 23rd of July 2020, the return pickup was scheduled for Friday 24th of July 2020, but sadly no one came for the return pickup, I again contacted the customer support on Friday 24th of July 2020, the customer support agent again scheduled the return pickup for Saturday 25th of July 2020 but again no one came for the return pickup, I contacted the customer support again and I was given assurance that positively the return will be picked up by Sunday 26th of July 2020, but again sadly no one came for the return pickup, I again contacted the customer support, the customer support agent escalated the case and again scheduled the return pickup for 27th of July 2020, but no one has came till date for the return pickup. I was told by the customer support agent that if the return package is not picked up by Tuesday 28th of July 2020 a refund will be issued from amazon side.
Its very sad that none of the customer support agent solved the issues but instead gave false promises and assurances. It really saddens me to see that Amazon services are getting degraded and that Amazon is encouraging fraud and cheat sellers.
Sir/Mam, I have all the chat records, I am attaching some chat screenshots for your ready reference.
