Hello Madam/Sir,
The Amazon has not paid me my refund till date. I’ve ordered the product on 22nd of March 2021, but they delivered wrong item and then, on 26th of March 2021 i returned it & ordered for its replacement on the same day i.e 26th of March 2021. This replacement was delivered to me on 3rd of April, 2021. But since, this time also wrong item was delivered and i ordered for its return on the same day, i.e 3rd of April, 2021. And on 4th of April, 2021 the item was picked up by the Amazon courier service. And i was assured that i’ll receive my refund within 1-2 days in my Amazon pay balance account i.e by 5th or 6th of April. But when i didn’t receive my refund, i contacted Amazon and they told me since the seller has issued a cheque, the Amazon will cancel it & will issue my refund in Amazon pay balance account by 10th of April. But when i don’t received any refund again, i recontacted them and now, they are asking me to wait till 15th of April, 2021.
Madam/Sir, i’m being mentally tortured by such unprofessional attitude of the Amazon. It is my genuine request to kindly help me to get my refund to the earliest; and please ask them to compensate me for all the mental torture the Amazon has caused me. This whole procedure has been too long, i placed the original order on 22nd of March, 2021 and i’m waiting till date i.e 11th of April, 2021.
