I was ordered tribit Bluetooth speaker and i received the wrong item and it was an iron . I have raised the complain about this to the customer care service. And they said that our team will help you. But today i received an email from Amazon and they said that you got the right item. they don’t believe me. I want my refund. I am waiting for my refund for long time. please help me. Customer care said that now we will not able to help you Because the investigation team has closed all the ways to help. My refund is a big amount, please help me.
