I ordered 2 AO smith gyser with Order # 403-7332232-8921110.
I ordered the wrong size and shape by mistake as the size is not fitting properly in my bathroom. I need to return these items and need to order replacement with Horizontal design. I am trying to return the items through App and it is asking for pictures and to call Amazon Tech. I am travelling as of now and do not have pictures. This is not an issue with the product where we need to troubleshoot something rather an issue with the size. Could you please accept this return, i am ready to accept this as Amazon Pay balance or even credit from same manufacturer as well so that i can order horizontal gyser from same manufacturer using Amazon.
