Dear sir, I have purchase the new mobile redmi note 10s , and I received the product today, I opened my mobile and start using mobile, when I opened the camera it is automatically closing due to high heat in the mobile, I did not even downloaded any application and I did not kept the mobile charge even though the camera is strucking and closing automatically, and the display they said it is amoled but the mobile resultion and camera is also very bad. This mobile is 6 gb but this mobile is too much hanging . The Amazon is cheating the customers by selling this type of products. After using the mobile for just half an hour I felt very tensed and I got mental tension, please take my complaint against Amazon and please do refund for this mobile
