Amazon gift card was expired and when i tried to request for renewal then amazon is just giving me dates and 4-5 business days with fake commitment that they will renew it, but they are not renewing the gift cards and more so every customer service is harassing me by asking the details , gift card number again and again and not doing anything on the same. infact they can see request ID and other details but still they are asking all the details to me again and then story starts again after raising the request for 30 days , now i am mentally tortured and physically harassed due to amazon activities so kindly register my complaint against amazon and give me compensation also due to the torture i beared.
