I order a product to amazon india on 23rd feb 2020 when I received the product it broke from bottom. I call in customer care of amazon he take my complaint and give assurance the refund will be initiated on ist of march 2020 .but I call on 2nd march 2020 where is my refund he gave me again assurance the refund will initated with in days. But no status. BUT TODAY I CALL FOR AMAZON HELPLINE FOR REFUND STATUS THEY GIVE ME ANOTHER STATEMENT THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO PICKUP THE PRODUCT FROM YOU. YOU ARE REQIESTED TO MAKE COURIER FROMCYOUR SIDE AND WE WILL REFUND WHEN WE GET THE PRODUCT. But as per amazon policy they picked the product from customer house where they delivered the product pl help me to get my refund.this kind of service is given by amazon
