Here is the complete story.
I order Headphones from amazon India website ORDER # XXX-5097426-3182750. Received item it was defective so i placed request for replacement ORDER # XXX-3660006-9945109.
now here comes the scam part.
One the day of replacement the pickup agent came and asked for Product , i handed him the product i asked for replacement, he assured me this item is marked as refund and not as replacement. So he took my product which was defective and went away.
2 hours later another pickup agent (the one with replacement order ) comes and asks for original product as to provide replacement. But i dont have the product becuause i already gave it to the another amazon pickup agent who told me it was for refund and you will get refund.
so this agent does handover me the replacement and tells me he will go back to office and check if someone else have pickup up the item. then he leaves.
2 hours later , i get notification that replacement is being returned to seller.
so at the end of the day i dont have original product or the replacement with me. Talked with customer care multiple times and they say dont have see any entry for pickup of the product.
moral of the story :
i lost 10k worth of headphone.

I do understand that there is 50% my fault too that handing over my item to pickup agent who came without replacement.
