Hi Everyone,
I ordered a phone OnePlus 8 12gb from Amazon India worth Rs49,999 on 9th July 2020. The package was delivered to me on 14th July 2020.
Just after sanitizing the product from outside (COVID Pandemic Days), when I opened it, I found that the phone box seals were broken and the phone, data cable & charger were missing. I was blank for a moment as this happened to me the first time.
When I looked at the packet (Amazon Packing) again carefully, I noticed there was no cut on the outer packing & seal was also ok from every side.
Luckily I made a video of the Parcel while opening it.

Also now they suspended my amazon account and said that you will not able to shop again on our platform.
And we are not going to refund your money nor replace your phone.
Kindly help me & refund my money.
