On 20th June I ordered a refrigerator from amazon.in for INR65090, it was amazon fulfilled.
The product was delivered on 23rd June, but the product received was damaged and I immidiately raised a return request for it, pickup date was 25th june and the delivery of new product was also 25th june, they picked up the product on 25th june as they said but since today i.e. 9th july I have not received my new product. The thing is it is a daily use product and I am facing a lot of problems due to amazon’s lack of professionalism.
They did confirmed to me that they have received my defective product.
Please me help with this problem as I have already faced so much problem because of them.
I did contacted them on several occasions but always receive a cold reply that sorry we are waiting for our fulfillment team to revert back to us.
