Amazon India is not reimbursing damaged products money

Text of Complaint by The Infusion earth:

Amazon fulfilment center returned our products on 06th dec’21. All 60 units were severely damaged but we still raised issue for less units to reimburse. And now, after following up for last 1 month. They are saying we will reimburse 300rs. They have made the loss of 80,000+ units and reimbursing only 300rs. They have tortured so badly by asking videos, images every second day. we provided each detail multiple times but not they refused by saying vendor damage. Is this the justice a new statrt up is receiving in own country by an International brand and no one is putting concern over it. Amazon India staff isnt supporting us. Highly disappointing. We are new start up , already struggling with market capture & this kind of treatment we are getting in our won Bharat desh. So poor of us and so poor of this country people. 60 units were damaged . attaching a sample image
