Amazon India is not refunding money for cancelled order.
I order buycrafts Wood Dhoop Batti Stand (5 x 5 x 5.5 inch, Brown) 2 items costing 358.42 on 6th Aug 2020. then cancelled the order and Amazon acknowledge the cancellation but then not refunding money. I have raised complaints to Amazon customer Support on 21st Aug asking to wait for 5 days. But since then No one is resolving my query mentioning they have escalated to Special team and they will solve my issue or and issue refund but still nothing done. I already escalated to Amazon Twitter account they mentioned concern team will respond and they cant help much also their customer care now saying you escalated to Social media team so we will not able to do help. Only special team(I didn’t know anything about which special team they referring) will help me and call back me.
