Amazon India — Haven’t received the product/Made the complaint to Amazon many times/No resolution/Horrible Customer Service/want my money back

Hi,
I, Akansha Rawat, prime member of Amazon, would like to make a complaint against Amazon. On 24th July 2022, I ordered a product-boAt Xtend Smartwatch with Alexa Built-in from the seller named Appario Retail Private Ltd on Amazon, and the delivery date was 25th July 2022 but I didn’t receive the product. I have the cctv footage/clip which I have attached(in case you don’t see it, please check your email id [email protected], I have forwarded the cctv clip 3times and sent all the cctv clip images too). According to the cctv clip, delivery agent came around 8:04am with only 2 (which is Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Aura product and Gadget Wagon 32 to 55 Inch led TV Wall Mount) items out 3 items which I ordered. I was sleeping at that time so my brother who didn’t know about the packages opened the door and received only 2 packages out of 3 packages. Then the agent asked my brother for otp, as I was sleeping but still I managed to forward the otp msg (you can see in the cctv clip which I emailed on [email protected] that the agent is waiting as I was in my sleep and I was taking long to get up and forward the otp) but I still manage to do so. So later, when I got up and checked the packages then I saw 1 product missing which was the boat smart watch. I was all panicking then immidiately that time itself called customer care, informed them the issue and raised a complaint. As, promised by Amazon customer care that they will resolve my issue and I will receive an update on the same the next day which is 26th july 2022 but heard nothing from Amazon customer care so I called them on 26th july and customer care kept me waiting for 30mins or sometimes 45mins and also hung up on me many times. I also informed them that I have the cctv clip where the agent has given only 2 products out of 3 products. Later, I forwarded the video to the amazon email id [email protected]. Horrible customer service I have received from Amazon. never expected it. So this repeatedly happened till 27th july. I called and chatted with Amazon customer care/specialist team more than 8times and received no help at all. Then again on 27th july, I spoke to one of your specialist, she assured me that my problem will be resolved by 31st july, she told me to wait till then. So on 31st July, I contacted Amazon customer care through chat to take an update on my complaint, and again received a pathetic customer service. They said we have investigated your case and we can’t help you so we have to end this chat and they ended the chat. Then I contacted customer care through call, the representative connected me to the specialist team and same rude customer service I received, they said the case has been investigated and we can’t help you and they hung up on me. Then again I called them, explained my issue to your representative, told her that I have the cctv clip of your delivery agent giving only 2products out of 3 products, they connected me to the specialist and again the specialist said we can’t help you and hung up on me. Since 1week, your Amazon customer care were so rude to me and hung up again. Such a horrible experience. I never ever expected this from Amazon.

Now what should I do? I haven’t received the product and my money got wasted. I will never ever order anything from Amazon as I cannot trust your sellers like Appario Retail Private Ltd or your delivery agents who are fooling your innocent customers. And now I won’t even renew my Amazon prime as I don’t want to experience such bad pathetic customer care service again in future.

I have also made complaint on consumer complaints forum but no response from Amazon team. I have uploaded the cctv clip images on consumer complaints too.

I request you to resolve my issue asap. I want my money back.
