Dear sir
I have ordered a helmet thru Amazon India which was not delivered to me and the status on the app got changed automatically that I have refused the product when I called and chatted with them on the app they said that the product will be delivered tomorrow don’t worry but nothing happened I called again on the next day they said that product is going back to seller coz it is faulty and we will process the refund
They have returned back 1239 wherein I have paid them 1289 when I called again to check they said the remaining amount is given to u in cash back which I said that I don’t want any cash backs from Amazon and I want the full amount to be returned back since I have paid using UPI but they said as per the policy of Amazon they cannot do that once the amount is given in cash back where in they have take the amount in advance from me and did not informed me that they will refund less amount and give cash backs and all
Secondly I was not the one who have canceled the product Amazon India gave wrong information to me everytime I have contacted me
Please if u can help me in this as there is no way in Amazon to complaint about this
