I have been wrongly Charged Rs. 996.55 by Amazon Shopping App without any OTP or Subscription nor I have I have placed any order.

When I’m asking for Refund & Details they are unaware about deduction and the deduction details are not available with them even after 24 Hours.

I’m asking for Refund they are denying fir deduction details are not available with them then how will they refund.
