The amount of 199rs was deducted from my SBI debit card on 31st march 2023, at 7:12 pm without my authorization and without any OTP. This is a scam amount deduction. How can a payment be deducted without any otp or any customer authorization that too from a debit card. It is my request to review this complaint as soon as earliest because this can be a large scale scam.
