On 27th September 2023 an amount of 199 has been deducted from my sbi account without asking any OTP or any kind of prior information by debt card-OTHPG 761128 AMAZON INDIA CYBS SI MUMBAI. If it is a fraud or any kind of hack then try to take a strict action against this and try to refund the amount of 199. And make sure that it doesn’t happen in future. If it is not fraud then make sure that they will ask the account holder for OTP before deducting the amount without any information. And try to inform me the further information about any step that will be taken against it. Thank you.
