I’m Dr. Pooja Mahalakshmi W/O C.N.KALYAN, and I placed an order on 24th September 2023 through amazon for the JABRA ELITE ACTIVE 75t earbuds for which CocoBlu Retail are the sellers mentioned on Amazon. I received my order on 26th September 2023, the parcel contained the JABRA ELITE 4 earbuds instead of what I ordered.

I filed a complaint on Amazon on 26th September 2023 for either return or refund for the product, for which I was told after an investigation conducted by them, that they can’t do anything to help me. But since I have not received a resolution for the problem at hand. I have attached the Invoice , Product Summary and Images of the product I received herewith. My Invoice clearly states that I have placed an order for the Jabra Elite Active 75t,and I have paid for it as well in full, but the product label which I received is definitely labelled as Jabra Elite 4, which is lower in cost. I have been going back and forth with amazon all week long with no resolution, causing a lot of trauma and mental agony. I would like justice to be delivered.
