I have ordered few basic necessity products for my aged grandmother and those items were returnable..
unfortunately my grandmother passed away today and the products delivered yesterday.
I called and requested but Amazon person refused bluntly and said such reason we cannot take. The product should be Damaged, wrongly shipped, defective.
I am fed up with this inhuman pathetic behaviour of such a huge company
