I have purchased a product from Amazon on 16.05.2021 however the product came defective hence I requested a refund however the product was picked up but no refund is initiated till today 10.07.2021.

spoke to several representative and they all raise tickets but no refund till now.

I believe I am getting scammed.screenshot shared are the details of the order placed from Amazon.

I hope and rely on the consumer forum that I seek help and get my 3899 Indian rupees refunded.
