I have purchased a laptop from Amazon e-commerce site on June 23, 2020 with value of Rs 40990.00. The delivery date was 26 June 2020 but company deliver on June 28 June 2020. Deliver laptop was damaged its display was damaged First layer and second layer packing was in damaged condition . Same day I complained and then technetiion was appoint to check the item on June 30, 2020. He submited the report on same day. The pick up time date was fixed on July 02 , 2020 but they coun’t pick the item then I again call the customer care the given me pick up date July 05 2020 but they don’t do . That will stuck my company work. No one can told me to when i refund my money. Kindly do the needfull. Who will bear my loss due delay all the process.
