Dear Amazon CS team: Greetings.
With reference to my purchase of “Tecno Phantom X Iceland Blue” mobile on 10-June. I have not received the “Bluethooth speaker” as advertised of INR 3k.
Attached are the screenshots/images of the Offer and Outer box of my mobile.
2) Phone is having extreme heating issues and is dangerous.
3)Unpredictable behavior: e.g. screen turning down, zero signals, loss of internet connectivity, screen freeze, restart anytime.
4) Battery charging required 2 times a day.
Request you to please help me out with this DANGEROUS brand and mobile phone. I would rather go for Samsung in return.
