Dear Sir / Madam,
I have ordered the “Prestige Svachh Aluminium 2+3+5 Litre Combo cooker with Induction Base”, worth Rs.2849/- on 17.01.2022 which is delivered to me and I returned it to Amazon on 22.01.2022 because no ISI mark. Amazon picked the same on 23.01.2022 and as per Amazon record they Refund Rs.2849/- on 24.01.2022, but not yet credited Rs.2849/- in my account.
After giving vigorous follow up daily by email, chat & phone calls, I spend 2 hours daily from my office hours for the same if you check the records but I have not received Refund Rs.2849/-.
I also inquired in my home branch also. Amazon advised me to file a Charge Dispute Form in my bank, I also did that and the State Bank of India reply letter was also shared with the Amazon (enclosed herewith) ticket number mentioned in the same letter and also my personal State Bank of India savings account (which is not secure to share on email) also shared for checking the transaction.
I humbly request you that, please look into the matter seriously and resolve the issue as soon as possible please.
