One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with Amazon.
What is the point of having prime delivery when Amazon cannot hold it! Very disappointed with Amazon.
Now coming to the most interesting part, having received the product a day late, guess what. It’s a wrong item.
Ordered a OnePlus 7T glacier blue 256GB one and received OnePlus 7T Frosted Silver 128GB.
The customer service team does not even care that We are without a phone.
According to the Amazon customer service team, it will take 5 days to do an investigation before they decide to either replace the product or refund the product.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had with Amazon.
Caused me a lot of mental stress.
SHAME ON YOU GUYS, this was supposed to be an anniversary gift.
THANKS FOR RUINING IT FOR US!!!
