Text of Complaint by Vinit Karkea:

The Application was submitted on 6th May 2022. The next day there was a message regarding application going on hold. First of all these people do not have qualified executive who can identify the problem and secondly the website does not give clear validation about why the application got rejected. On calling the executive more than 7 times every executive gives a different kind of solutions (to mail, to resubmit different statements etc). Now when everything was going good again the application was rejected saying salary slip is not in the required format. This is not a legit reason as just because I want Credit Card Application passed, I cannot say my company to change their format of salary slip. On explain ing and asking for solution over this. They do not have a valid solution to proceed ahead. Neither they are providing L2 support contact number or manager contact details. All the mail’s which have been sent to them are unattended and not replyed by them. I am totally unsatisfied by the service provided by Amazon and the ICICI Bank in the scenario l.
