I am Ch Brahmanandam retired Commercial Tax Officer from Government of Andhra Pradesh and aged 70 years old. I am a prime member of Amazon since 8 years. After some time I had applied for Amazon ICICI credit card but they have rejected due to reason you have crossed 65 years age. Okay I agreed your terms and conditions. Further I have applied the same Amazon ICICI credit card against my wife name Ch Rama Devi and she has filing IT returns for the last 20 years. They have mentioned that your application has not been approved and you may apply after 365 days. Then I have applied the same after one year again They have mentioned that your application has not been approved and you may be applied after 180 days. What is this type harassment against the genuine customers. If they have not interested issue the credit card to clearly mentioned once of all. Please take suitable needful action in this matter. Reply at the earliest.
