I had given the order for RENPHO Leg messager, Air Compression for Circulation Calf Feet Thigh message, Sequential Boots Device with Handheld Controller 6 Modes 4 Intensities, Helps SwellingFoot messager on 4 July 2021 (Order# 407-3787865-0449100) Rs. 8999/-. The order was to be delivered to Delhi. When delivery boy came, the packet was in torn condition and there was very light waight as if nothing is inside. We therefore refused to accept and we returned the same. We wrote many complaints but nobody bothered to reply. Today on 28.7.21 we talked to Ms.Riya and Mr. Vinayak Superviser New Delhi. But Mr. Vinayak seems to be so reluctant to attend the complaint. He informed us send complaint on above email id. We made several calls but not attended. Again we called on 30.07.2021 they straight away refused to refund my amount. Kindly look into the matter.
