I purchased an item on Amazon.in on 19th May 2020 by paying the full amount online. It was to be delivered on 27th May 2020. It was never delivered and I had called Amazon service multiple times to get it cancelled since it was not delivered. Amazon has not taken any action till now on the same and my Rs 8350 is still not refunded.
They just told me that they had raised a ticket – ticket no 0505223513 to cancel the order, but no further updates
