I have purchased Samsung m31s from Amazon on 3rd October ,from yesterday evening my mobile is locked and there is a message in a screen “we are sorry that you received a defective product, please contact Amazon customer service,by tapping contact us on tap menu .. and i cant access my mobile ,when i am entering a pin it’s getting incorrect message. I have called many times in Amazon customer service and they all are giving me different types of information. As you can see in attachment the message is from Amazon . When i have contacted Samsung service center they informed me it’s a bug from Amazon . It’s unethical activitie done by Amazon i have paid for my mobile and they cannot locked my mobile it has been more then 12+ hours .i am 1150 km away from my hometown and for returning i need my mobile ..i am stucked and this i a type of mental torture.
