Hi,
I ordered sofa cover on Amazon on 16 March 2020. I raised a return request and my returned was scheduled on 24 march 2020. But no body came afterwards to pick my return. I tried contacting amazon multiple times but no response.
Today on 11 july when I somehow managed to contact with them, they are saying that they cannot pick up because it is long time.
What kind of a stupid thing is this. Why would i bear this loss of Rs. 2500 when there is no fault of me.
I have placed the return request on time. Its amazon duty to schedule the return. This is a clear fraud by the company.
No body came to pick up this item.
They have not informed me anything nor they updated me through email or on their portal.
A lock down was going on and we understood that they cannot come during that time but what after the lockdown.
I called them multiple times but no response.
This is really an unexpected response from such a huge name organisation.
