I order one product from Amazon
After 2 days I tried to cancel the order from the Amazon portal and Amazon person said I have cancelled the order
After few days I checked it was not cancelled and the Amazon person said u can cancel the order when deliver boy will reach at ur door step
Now the twists is before delivering the order the delivery boy has marked as delivered.and I was not able to cancel it
Now the thing is the Amazon person on call told me I have marked it for return and I trusted them
Now after few days they are saying u have to courier the order back to seller
What kind of joke is this?
