Text of Complaint by Jaidip:

I placed order for ONE plus 11R on preorder on No cost EMI.As it was
PREORDER hence delivery date was 28th feb to 8th march.As i was not in the
Chandigarh city(delivery address) i called customer care to reschedule
delivery i was told once it is shipped than only they can reschedule,i
again called after few days when i got email that its been shipped to
reschedule delivery date of phone as well buds(which was complementary
offer with the phone as pre order) hence it was Rescheduled to 3rd and 4th
march 2023.

Now today27th feb i saw on app that order has been cancelled and is
returning to seller.at 2am on 27th feb when i called customer care i get to
know that it was MISTAKE from amazon agent side that they kept on
reshedulimg the order but max they can reschedule only for 5 days…
I was NEVER told about this information.
I trusted amazon as a PRIME member and AMAZON CHEATED me.

Now with ZERO Mistake from my side and 100% mistake from Amazon side.
I am at a loss.
1).its a no cost emi 199+ 900(gst) which was charged to me by my bank now
even if order amount is refunded but this amount i will be at loss.

2)NO one bothered to call me before cancelling the order.Now that phone is
no longer available.

3) i was getting one plus buds Z2 as a complimentary offer from one plus on
preorder now even if i place order again.i do not get those buds .

You tell me what was my mistake.

I prepaid for an order and all mistake from your agent and why should
customer bear the loss.

This is not acceptable.
