I have ordered “Prestige Royale Plus Schott Glass 3 burner Gas Stove”. The order was prepaid. I have mentioned my address beforehand and I was promised to get my order. But after waiting for a week, I got a message saying the order cancelled. I got a reply from amazon customer care that the order is not deliverable at my address. Why would amazon promise to deliver in the first place then? I have pre-paid the amount after getting assurance of receiving my order at my address. Amazon is cheating people by collecting their money and using it for other purposes and later cancelling the order. Amazon is doing fraud by using customers money and giving false promises to delivering items. After using our money for 7 days straight, amazon is cancelling the order. This is the third time happening with me and maybe amazon is doing it with many customers.
