Text of Complaint by Milinda Biswas:

I purchased a electric toothbrush on 17 June, it work properly that time. After 11 days its not working properly because of low battery, then when I try to charge it I saw its not working. I call Amazon they told me your returnable time was 10 days, we can’t help you because its a 11th day but this is a nonreturnable product generally Amazon have to take this problem. Then I asked what I have to give me the customer care number of this product but they totally denied. I’m very disappointed on Amazon Survice Gonna tell all my friends and relative to no not purchase any product from Amazon its a fraud site.
