I ordered a android phone from amazon but I received the damaged product after that I raised a return request and after that they send a technician at my place also he checked that I received that damage or not working product, I follow up them many times to pickup my product to check on their own also but they didn’t respond me properly also their one customer executive with name of sourav asked me to he is applying a noc for my advance refund but after that they ask they refuse my refund request, kindly take an action for this cause please help me to get my refund , the seller of this product which is registered with the name of
SAAR E COMMERCE INDIA
PVT LTD
Please take a action on it asap.
