Text of Complaint by Mohit Nagar:

I bought a product of two items one of which was missing, raised a return request that was never attempted. I was on call for extended times with Amazon who just assured that pick up will be arranged again, that yet again did not happen, strangely there 100s of deliveries happen lightening fast. Regardless I reached out to them again, this time on chat so I have a record, executive forwarded complaint to some specialist team who in turn boldly told they can’t do anything. On confronting them about this fraud, and asking what’s the proof that delivery was attempted and if the customer confirmed, executive named Zuby just evaded the question. Further on asking to initiate partial refund and not the pick up there answer is same, can’t do anything, mere messaging was implicative of their overconfidence and of how insensitive they have become towards customer’s concerns. Probably they needed the customer at some time but now being established they don’t care anymore. To be clear this isn’t a rare incident and one of my three unresolved orders.

Not expecting a resolution from them now after 3 months, but the customer should be aware of the frauds going on behind the scenes, can happen to anyone if not vigilant, just uninstalled amazon from my mobile as well as 5 of my family and friends.
