2.Total amount paid-17499 after applying HDFC discount and there was an exchange of an old phone redmi y2.
3.Complaint raised on 19 October, 2020 infront of the delivery boy where he agreed that the box was unsealed and there was a lifebuoy soap instead of a mobile phone. also we currently do not have any mobile phone box or soap with us it was then and there returned to the delivery boy.
4.After a full week wait and continously contacting amazon lastly on26 October 2020 we got the amazon reply as there will be no refund and no exchange and the investigation is complete from our side.
