- I ordered for a Phillips TV last week (feb 11, 2021) and related installation service with Amazon.
- The TV got delivered on Feb 13th,2021 as committed by Amazon
- But TV installation which was scheduled for Feb 14th, 2021 did not even occur until now (Feb 2021).
- Five times they scheduled until today, saying the installation will happen that day, and wasted my valuable time
- Until today I contacted Amazon customer care giving this, but none bothered to get this resolved.
- The wallmount provided free of cost by Philips is supposed to be delivered with the TV. This also did not get delivered yet.
- As per Amazon email communication, the wallmount and installation shall be carried out by the Amazon Technician.
- As of now none called me for installation or delivery of wallmount.
- As per me Amazon is fooling me with the services and that too without even delivering the products and services properly.
- Amazon is faking me with false promises from last one week without any commitment.
- Amazon is taking my time for granted and wasting my time with fake commitments and false promises

I want justice from Amazon for not delivering the full set of products, full set of services, and for faking and fooling me and wasting my time
