My Amazon Firestick stop responding one day. The msg on my screen says connect to network settings which means to connect it to WiFi but my wifi is working properly with other devices.if I called the customer care but no answer , high call volume apparently so I left my email id for them to get in touch but nothing.similary when they launched they new generation firestick my firestick remote stopped working automatically but I could do without it with an app….to get a new remote it’s 1999/- which is ridiculously expensive….now the firestick and no customer service
