My name is alka agarwal

I m amazon fire tv hotspot customer since 20 April 2022

I had ruturn amazon fire tv hot service dated 5 Aug 2022

Because they commit that they will give me back full refund 1499 ₹

Because they shut down there internet service soon

But now till date there is no refund added to my account

I had tried atheist 50 time there customer service but not result receive

My issue no is 42505
